Past clients include private sector businesses, local and county governments, nonprofit organizations and hospitals.

Double-Tree excels at structuring projects from “Concept to Completion” by providing needs analysis, design development, cost estimation, and financial analysis.



Financing
Double-Tree, Inc. provides experienced consulting services for construction financing and long-term project financing. Double-Tree provides the preparation of financial projections, research for and preparation of loan and/or grant applications to private and public funding sources including, but not limited to: Commercial lenders, venture capital companies, private investors, Small Business Administration (SBA), Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), USDA/Rural Development (USDA/RD), Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP), U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) and general/revenue bond financing.





Management
Double-Tree, Inc. offers clients construction management and business operations management services. Double-Tree provides experienced project scheduling, day-to-day project management, coordination and monitoring of project activities, inspection services, administration, and processing of government required documents to guide projects through construction to completion. Double-Tree also provides management services to establish staffing, accounts receivable, accounts billable, and day-to-day operations to ensure the long-term success of a project
