Barbara Campbell
Barbara is the owner and president of Double-Tree, Inc., which she established in 1977. Barbara is a Montana native and has a degree in microbiology from Montana State University. She has extensive experience with water and sewer utilities. Barbara has helped many communities secure financing for projects and bring those projects through development to completion. A portion of Barbara’s project history is shown in About Us.




Trevor Campbell
Trevor Campbell is the Vice President and Financial Officer for Double-Tree, Inc. Trevor has been working with Double-Tree since 2005. He is a graduate from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.




John Close
John Close is the Utility Manager for Utility Solutions’ water and wastewater facilities which is managed by Double-Tree. John joined the Double-Tree team in 2006. He is a licensed water and wastewater operator. Prior to joining Double-Tree, John was the Operations Manager for Industrial Automation Consulting, Inc. John has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University.



Amy Ellingson
Amy Ellingson is Billing Manager for Utility Solutions and manages property owners associations for the Northstar and Galactic Parks subdivisions. Amy joined Double-Tree in 2007.




Christopher Skorupa
Christopher Skorupa is the Construction Manager for Double-Tree, Inc. and is a licensed water and wastewater operator for Utility Solutions facilities. Chris joined Double-Tree in 2010 after working as a construction engineer for COP Construction. Christopher has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Montana State University.




Greg Steckler
Greg Steckler joined Double-Tree in 2010. Greg has an Associates of Science in Drafting Technology from Montana Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University. Greg has over four years drafting experience with C&H Engineering.




Julie Jones
Julie Jones serves as the marketing coordinator for Double-Tree, Inc. Julie has worked with Double-Tree for several years and successfully managed the development and administration of both housing and public facility projects. Julie has a long history of working with the financial programs in the state of Montana. Mrs. Jones owns and operates her own consulting business out of Bridger, MT, however; successfully divides her time with Double-Tree to provide the best customer service and satisfaction needed.



Donald Brownfield
Donald Brownfield comes to Double-Tree with 30 years engineering and business experience. Donald will head business development for international and non-governmental markets. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Donald will also facilitate management of projects in the southern and eastern states as well as the Caribbean/Central American Market.
